Photonik online, 15.04.2011
NIM member Prof. Alexander Holleitner and his colleagues were able to demonstrate that carbon nanotubes, contacted by metal electrodes, exhibit a picosecond photocurrent response. This new method is a hundredfold faster than existing methods.
