Registration and Payment

Registration fee

Once you have received a letter of acceptance, please send us the registration fee of €100 as well as a deposit of €100, i.e. €200 in total. The deposit is for your use of the accommodation and will be returned to you in cash upon your departure.

This payment should be received by us no later than 15th May 2010.

Note: Please make sure to include your name on the money-wire transfer payment. In addition, please note that some banks may charge additional fees. The payment received by us should be in the amount of €200. Please contact your bank in advance if you have any concerns.

Cancellation / Refunds
In the event of you cancelling your registration, we will not be held liable to returning your registration fee of €100.
